Highland TV started doing service
calls throughout the metro Atlanta area in 1997 and opened a store
front off of Ponce De Leon Avenue in 1998. In early 2005 due to the
growing demand for us to go to the customer, and the decreasing
popularity of the customer transporting whatever item they had into
the service center for repair. we went to full in-home mobile
service and closed our Ponce De Leon location.
We have always ran service calls, but
now that is all we do. Our focus is on being there for the customer
and by being there we really mean being there. We come out to your
location fix the problem, or take it to our place for diagnosis and
repair. "After 15+ years in the service business I feel this is the
best service we can offer. Highland TV looks forward to the future
and a growing demand for our level of service where we come to you."
Highland TV is owned and operated by
Matt Highsmith. Highsmith has been in the service business / TV
repair for over 15 years. He holds an Associates Degree in
electronic servicing and technology along with numerous factory
service training schools behind him.
Highsmith also has two part time
technicians working with him to help carry the work load. "We
offer big city service with a small town feel." Meaning we try
to give the customer our best by training and constant updating on
new technology while still keeping things simple enough so the
customer does not feel overwhelmed or misinformed.
